We definitely overbuilt here though. Maybe not as much as the boom areas...but for conservative midwest it was getting pretty frothy for this size of a city. They were extending those 3500 sq ft shitbox developments all through Eden Prairie, well into Chanhassen and all the way out to Victoria. Heck, Rogers even became a damn bedroom community and far south in Lakeville/Farmington is a barren, half built mess. Out of curiosity, what kind of controls are you referring to?
