Everyone at I-Hub is scratching their heads about why RTGV can't move higher even with good news. The developments at the company have been quite good since the merger last September. But they have been paying vendors with shares, and a lot of those shares are likely being turned into cash as soon as possible to get paid. I think that is what has been keeping RTGV down and why it dips suddenly.

Regarding the share buy back. It's supposed to start within the next few weeks. If they don't file their share repurchases, so they are official, then I will be done with RTGV, as that is a big red flag that something isn't right. Those who claim to talk to the company say that RTGV management has said they will file forms to document the share repurchases. I have been down this road before with pennystocks. I will believe it when I see it.
