Nice try...but the chart has no TARP expense nor recovery in it...now look at tax revenue due to the recession...and quit making shit up. If you add TARP to the picture the budget for 2009 swells to $4T...the tax receipts are depicted as strictly tax receipts.

You know, I'm not going to argue this with you. One need only look at the "Debt & Deficits" tab of the link you provided to see where the problem is:
