DD, if I wanted to farm to make money pot is the first thing I'd grow! there is absolutely no money in anything else. Most of the produsts that can be sold from the farm that are "value added".. milk. beef.. ect... ect... have to go through a bijillion government regulations it isn't worth the cost. I could sell better beef, slaughter it in a cleaner enviroment, feed it no hormones but the state says I can't sell it to the guy down the road. pot, the only thing that is profitable to grow isn't worth the risks, neither is not going through the state to sell my products. I have nothing good to say about our over bearing government so I will stop with that.
