It's foolish to not care less about management today, the status of development, or if the company executes the warrants. All are dependable factors to look at when considering long-term or short-term growth.

You can learn a lot about a company by how the day traders handle it. Long-term investing isn't always the most intelligent route. Many investors have lost a lot of money waiting and waiting for a company's stock to rise while the company eventually slipped into oblivion and the investor lost opportunities to make money on that company's competitors. Many have also lost money watching a stock rise, then dip, then dip some more, then keep dipping. They're afraid to sell because they think it's a reflection on their judgement.
