Kathy, The IPO, according to what Frank Peters announced at the recent NYC Demo, will be between Jan-Mar of 1998. If my memory serves correct, FTEL will retain 60% of the the FNET stock. There will be a revenue stream from FNET to FTEL, but I can't remember what that number was. Any help with that? The goal is to raise 120 mill through the IPO! Evan
