If the State is unable to protect its population on its own, the international community has a responsibility to assist the state by building its capacity. The classic "busybody" response by people who want to interfere in other countries. The people who live there have the job of deciding the kind of Government they will live under. We have no business sending our soldiers in to get killed to help them out.
