Evan--Thanks. Wow--if 120m is raised and that represents only 40% of the company--that will value it at $300m with ftel owning $160m--no wonder you guys are excited. Fully diluted what are we looking at in total shares for Ftel?? Everyone on this thread is great about sharing info.
