I think Libya represents a strategic interest

If by strategic interest you mean Libya has lots of oil, I concur. I see no other significant strategic interest worthy of the current attack..

Now then, lets get O and his cohorts/surrogates to admit that they will kill for oil, and the attack on Libya is all about energy. America needs to know that access to oil is that important to our and Europe's economies.

If by strategic interest you mean taking out Kaddaffi for the 1986 bombing of the La Belle GI bar in Berlin, or the Lockerbie bomb on an AA passenger jet in 1988, we already took our measures of vengeance for those events...as incomplete as it was.

Back in the olden days, and shortly after dinosaurs disappeared, one of my A Team team's favorite hangouts was the KBS bar on Haupt STR, next door to the La Belle Disco.
