Andy I was less than thrilled after reading the 10Q. Several things bothered me, although should have expected as much:

1. 86% of sales in Sept. Q were from CD-ROM sales - up from 77% ( so much for diverisification)

2. 96% of all sales were made to: Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore (there is a risk of currency and recessionary pressures)

3. Prices are negotiated in USD but Invoiced in local currency. (There is a risk to currency flucuations due to the time to Invoice)

4. Severe pricing pressures on CD-ROM controllers. ASP will continue to decrease going forward as a result of DVD transitioning and competiton. (This is probably the biggest problem)

5. Substantial legal expenses defending litigation. This will be ongoing for sometime.

Andy, any thoughts?
