"In all 16 companies had permits to drill wells at depths greater than 1,000 feet when the government announced its moratorium last May." (Taken from a Statoil news briefing.) Three have been reissued this week and a total of six have been reissued since Feb 28th. Plus more will be reissued next week according to the same news article. Drill, Baby, Drill!
