Where do you think Federal Money comes from Buddy? You have got to be kidding me! Don't you just maybe agree that Federal Money is PULLED from private enterprise and that if they didn't do that, private enterprise would be able to more efficiently accomplish any goal that has a return on investment (meaning it produces something people really want rather than what Govt wants!)
