why your scenerio won't pan out: 1. relationship with IXC Communications 2. canada expansion at a fraction of the cost of doing it from scratch (iSTAR) 3. number of pops - 250+ in US alone 4. revenues increasing, expenditures decreasing 5. revenue per account increasing 6. corp. accts continues to increase, albeit not rapidly 7. enough analysts cover the company 8. worlwide base of subscribers and network 9. not just an isp - faxing, commerce, mgmt, webhosting 10. name recognition i only list positives and why they will certainly be around after 1998 and beyond.
