Wolf is a bit of a doofus on foreign issues, imo. News is Gman's hometown has fallen, which was a strong hold for him and is near to Tripoli. Yes, with playing field more even, things are looking up. And if even his hometown fell easily once Free Libyan forces had a chance, lends more to belief this is not "tribal", but Gman and those he can buy.
