O has always maintained that it is Afghanistan and not Iraq that has anything to do with harboring terrorists. So he has pulled out of Iraq and continues to remain in Afghanistan but with a time limit. Not an infinite commitment. On Libya, I anticipate his ratings will bump up after his address to the nation tonight. With the assumption NATO's leadership yesterday, it is the right time for him to address the nation.
