Lotus Co-Founder Urges DOJ Action Against Microsoft: BOSTON -- Lotus 1-2-3 inventor Mitch Kapor said the Department of Justice should "absolutely" take action against Microsoft. The DOJ should prevent Microsoft from "cheating," Kapor said. "If they [Microsoft] actually integrated it in, so it was really part of the OS, I think the DOJ would have to let them do that.
