As an Adobe customer since 1985. And one who uses CS5 for a living, I can say that this company is running on fumes. And that's a hard statement for one who has bought every upgrade in their graphics lineup since 1985. Their customer service currently is a joke. Their software upgrades have become increasingly overpriced. $699 for CS5 Design Premium. They don't seem to be doing anything to retain their core constituency.
