I think this company is in a turnaround situation. They hired an individual some time ago for the sole purpose of putting the company's financial affairs in order. Exercise of the warrants would indicate C.A. Delany believes they are in process of meeting this objective.

Do you also keep an eye on Solid State Geophysical? Check out message # 195. Do you have any insight why these seismic companies aren't making money.
