Are there rules about the use of the term "continuing operations"? MIOA's income from "continuing operations" includes a gain of 1.2MM on the issuance of new stock. Ignore that, and the income from normal operating activities is -500K.

Unless they're in the business of issuing stock, they had a loss from continuing operations of about a half million dollars.
