Part D's cost over 10 years as Bush enacted it would have ended in the 300-400B range.

Obamacare, as it stands today, will run well more than a trillion, and that is not counting the unfunded mandate for coverage of 16 Million Medicaids by the states. And that's even assuming no continuing doc fix and that the CBO estimates hold, which they've already admitted they won't.

There no comparison.
