What do we do if the Libyan rebels finally take Sirte, and then commit a massacre in it?

From a tribal war perspective, it's what they should do. Sirte is Qaddafi's home base. Kill the men now, lower the revenge quotient later.

Just asking. This responsibility to protect stuff can get complicated.
