I think it's almost laughable to consider "dilution" of RACE share price at the current level. Sales of BT is all that matters at this stage of the game, 20 or 31% dilution is sorta irrelevant if you're talking about a penny stock.

Not really. Take a look at what SYQT has done to their loyal stockholders as the most extreme example I know of. The shareholders that have stuck with them through thin and thin have been just about diluted out of existence. Dilution just makes any meaningful recovery that much more difficult (for SYQT and for RACE). Faced with the choice of dilution or demise virtually all companies make the choice you'd expect them to make. RACE ain't no SYQT, but you get me point.

Which is what she's be if the resellers don't perform.. doncha think?

I do think RACE is headed for penny stock land, eventually. The resellers can't sell what people don't want. If they sell 100 servers over the next 12 months I'll be floored.

Why do I like AOL? The franchise, the partherships, the brand recognition, the 60% market share (post CSRV takeover), the revenue growth (gotta watch those "other" revs though, kind of disappointing last Q).

Eventually, someday, maybe, I expect AOL subs to be valued the same way cable subs are. There will be many twists and turns along the way, even 50% drops in the stock price, I'm OK with that unless the story changes.
