Mikey and Nancy, my computer system has finally been restored!!!!!!!

My ISP software got clobbered, and I have not been online since yesterday morning. Reinstallation did not take care of the problem so the ISP concluded Windows got corrupted. Then I called DELL for help on reloading Windows and the BOZO that helped me made everything worse. I ended up with NO operating system ... DEAD COMPUTER!!!! Then he said the only way to solve the problem was to reformat my hard disk and reload everything. I was stuck without a system that worked and NO backups of anything. What a sucky NIGHTMARE!

This morning I called DELL again and got a different person, most
knowledgeable and she was able to figure out how to reload windows. She got me back up without having to reformat my hard disk. Difference between night and day depending on who one gets on for tech support.

DELL and GE, trade them up and trade them down. They definitely have a downside.

Let me get in tune with the market again and we'll talk over the weekend. This computer crap has given me a new white hair.
