DMaA, is correct. There is nothing that is illegal, but there are many issues that have been passed that aren't Constitutional, but they're there because of cronyism.

- ban on lightbulbs
- subsidizing electric cars from gm
- requirements that power plants provide a certain percentage from windmills built by ge
- EPA working to control co2 that benefits al gore and trading co's

I could go on.

Each of the above limits your freedoms (soft tyranny) as a result of crony capitalism.
