When you pass laws that limit freedom (i.e.are unconstitutional), and your judges don't stop them you march towards tyranny.

The government had no standing to break-up AT&T, who says a big business is bad? (Besides democrats) Where is it in the constitution that it's government's responsibility to determine what size a company can be?
