i think most equities everywhere are cr@p especially if no dividends i believe stocks should pay out a dividend higher than sovereign bonds, after taking strategic attack/defend issues into consideration stocks should be valued at 5-10 pe should i be prez, i would issue and implement executive order to default, 'resign' the entire judiciary, invalidate all bar certificates, declare marshall law, throw out congress, make all members confess their petty crimes by invoking waterboard, seize all private assets above a certain limit (equalize the top 5% with the bottom 95%), enable the poor and students, and destroy all records, and then peacefully resign and retire, to bahamas or anywhere nicer. vote for me :0)
