Sam, Will attempt to do just that. I currently track about 10 of the newly publicly traded CLEC stocks. They are of great importance to me and my work. The whole issue of Telecom Reform Act compliance and enforcement drives these stocks up and down from day to day. Additionally, from a technology standpoint they are the aggressive early adopters for dsl products. These two areas are closely related for investors in this group. RBOCs must agree to co-locate clec equipment for the clec's busness plan to work. There are varying levels of co-operation between clecs and rbocs. This is a market that is all dressed up and ready to go (clecs). The rbocs are being very cautious. Mike
