Lawsuit Update-Reward for MedTrader12's ID 32 minutes ago
Everyone:
As some of you may know, I have filed a $2mm suit against several posters on this and other bulletin boards. After thousands and thousands of defamatory messages these individuals have forced my hand to act against them.
For all the bravado offered here by Medtrader12 the reality is that he is a liar - he is simply not telling you the truth.
While he has boasted he welcomes the suit, the reality is not even close to what he claims. He has refused to let Yahoo offer my attorney his identity. So, what he has posted here is a lie. He has not filed a counter suit, he has not changed the venue to federal court. It is all a lie he is telling you, He is hiding in the shadows - hiding behind his fake name on the Internet. We will be taking our subpoena's to the next level to find his identity.
Let me assure you that 99% of what he has written here is not the truth. If he were telling you the truth, he would not be refusing to be identified.
Here's how you can help. We issued a subpoena and were able to identify DOE2 in the suit, a guy living in Sacramento, Ca. area, and we are moving ahead with the suit. We think we know the ID of DOE1 - another California resident. We have not been able to identify DOE3 (Medtrader12).
I am offering several cash rewards. The first is for $1,000.00 to anyone who can provide a strong lead I can follow to find Medtrader12's (Doe3) true identity or to verify the identity of DOE1, who hides under the Yahoo name "Whogotdat.audit". It may be possible that I will pay multiple people who provide different parts to the puzzle.
The second reward is for $5,000 for anyone who has all the information I need to have Medtrader12 served.
