That is not the root cause. You need to say "why" a few more times. The root cause is the organization that limits the people who are on the ballet. Shysters from the R group or Swindlers from the D group. Everything is rotten to the core. Each candidate is committed to allocating money from the collective to those who put them in place to be elected. Professional politicians.
