Nuclear subsidies are smaller per useful kw/h generated than the subsidies for most "alternative" sources.


You are either a purist or not...nuclear subsidies are paid by you and me in the form of lower than true cost of producing power and those subsidies come from averaging up every watt you buy that's produced by coal...not that I am complaining about this, it's just that your brand of libertarianism doesn't exist...so it's not uncommon for emerging and important technologies to be subsidized at some point and to some degree....you can't just bitch about the ones you don't like for whatever reason.
