Everyone,

Here is the scoop from Equis.

Equis sells a "read" only version of MetaStock File Library (MSFL) for
$149 plus shipping. Attached is a file, in Microsoft Word format, that
contains information regarding MSFL.

Equis doesn't readily make a "write" version of MSFL (MSFL/W) available.
In order to be considered for MSFL/W, you will need to fill out the
attached application and send it back.

The application will be reviewed by our Strategic Alliance Committee
which will decide whether or not to grant you a license to use MSFL/W.
The decision will be based on how you compete with us, both on a
charting and data service level. If the committee sees no conflict,
you'll be sent a license agreement for your signature. After we receive
the signed agreement, you'll be sent MSFL/W. The cost of MSFL/W is $599
plus shipping.

Best Regards,

Dave Johnson
Alliances Director
Equis International, Inc.
