I think the CEO is responsible to shareholders in so far as doing his best to get the biggest bang for the shareholders' buck. Investor Relations(i.e. Brenda L.)should be the dept. interfacing with us.The more time the CEO spends holding and consoling shareholders is less time taken by him to promote this company to potential future eqpt buyers....and the stock keeps dropping Best regards,
