This was telegraphed. They had announced in November data by early 2011. When it grew to nearly 3 months late, that was a bad sign. Then they said by the end of Q1 and they wait until the very last day, after hours at that. I think these guys must have sat on the miss, probably data dredging the past 3 months. Luckily I didn't short sell :)
