Marc,
Yes, it's a fairly good indicator - key points for a cup and handle if any of you are not familiar with it are cup should be rounded and be 20%-30% of peak price in depth. Volume should be high before the cup, low through the bottom, higher at the end declining through the handle. First upward movement after this signals start of a positive trend. Looks like we have a winner, Marc, though generally these are of longer duration to build.
