Bob, [edited] INTC beat the last 4 quarters finance.yahoo.com

but that doesn't always help the stock price - as you know.
Earnings date is April 19.

If you want shares NOW, sell the Apr 8. $20 puts for 44 cents
If put to you, your cost is $19.56 - if not, you keep the 44 cents. No long wait because these are weekly options. Same strike Apr 16. puts have 11 cents more time value at 55 cents.

finance.yahoo.com

you could do this every week to accumulate INTC

the 3.6% dividend sure beats a money market account

the June $20 puts go for $1.10 finance.yahoo.com
they probably won't get exercised because INTC should be >20 by June, but the $1.10 is a nice consolation price

[edit]
PS: if you look at open interest you'll see the regular options [expiring third Friday] always have much more OI than the weekly options.
