Dee Jay, I for one have been reading your negative posts
on this stock and have found nothing constructive to
indicate that you own this stock and that you have any
insight into what the current management can accomplish
with a marketable shell. I happen to own another penny
stock in which new management took over an existing tradable
shell and have leveraged it into a major joint venture.
That is where I followed Bill Monier from to this stock,
which at its current price might provide the same opportunity.
If anyone wants to read the kind of research Bill provides,
then take a look at his objective and informative posts
on the former BDPC and you will see why I followed him to
this stock! On BDPC, Bill was both the most informative
researcher and the harshest critic of management, and I
hope he doesn't give up on this stock because of Dee Jay,
as I happen to have purchased 40,000 shares. Yes, I know
the risk of investing in a penny stock that is currently
a shell, but like all penny stocks, that risk should be
weighed against the future potential of management to
succeed and your ability to afford a total loss! In this
case management owns a significant amount of stock in this
shell and it would be very profitable for them to increase
the value of their stock significantly. I don't know too
many people that would throw that opportunity away. Do you?

Dee Jay, In all objectivity, after reading all of your posts
here and clicking on your name to read your posts to other
stocks over the last few months, I find you to be very
confrontational on all your postings and since most of us
are trying to earn a decent retirement through our investments
I would appreciate it if you would stop attacking people
and instead try and find some stocks that you actually like!
If your negative on all of the stocks that you post to, how
do you make any money? Or is this just some game to you? I
work in the private sector and therefore don't have some
teachers pension or Government pension to count on, and
don't count on Social Security being there for me. So please
let the rest of us have a chance at a decent retirement.
Enough Said!God Bless you and good luck to the rest of us...!
Shawn
