Well, guess what...times are changing. When I was in Houston two years ago I couldn't believe the bad quality of the air -- not to mention the drinking water. Maybe it's no wonder electric cars are taking off there.

If I were you(which I'm not) and had your resources(which I don't), I'd get the heck out of dodge.

Thanks to Bush and Perry policies, there is probably no going back any time soon in Texas. I still can't believe the quality of air and especially water/food I experienced in Costa Rica.

Heck, in Austin it's ten times better than Houston -- which doesn't say a whole lot. And in the hill country around here pollution is hardly a matter at all. Not a bad place to retire.
