Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin) on how both the GOP, Democrats are responsible for the massive national debt, warns drastic measures could be needed in the future. When asked how did this problem originate, Rep. Paul Ryan says it was made by Washington politics who made a whole bunch of empty promises they could not keep. Rep. Ryan says 9/11 was also a huge hurdle to the economy in the early part of the decade. Rep.
