Hi Dennis:

RAIN picked a great location to open its first in So Cal.
Costa Mesa is about 35 miles south of here, 55 miles
south of downtown LA, next to Newport Beach. Lots
of money down there, one of the highest median incomes
in the country. It's a beautiful center covering both sides
of the street and near the Orange County Performing Arts
Center. Lots of the restaurants down there cater to the
affluent and some of them are very expensive so RAIN
should do great in that environment.

I see your IMAX is doing great so looks like you picked
another winner with that one.
