U.S. Department of Justice Launches Formal Civil-Rights Investigation into Seattle Police Department's "Patterns" and "Practices"

For the past two years, the Seattle PD has been a serious buzz kill. And just two months ago, one of the cops complained in a union newspaper that fair treatment of minorities is another example of socialism. Having said that, the Seattle PD is a vast improvement over the LAPD.

A famous phsychologist once said that those people who want to be cops and/or soldiers should not be allowed to become them. In fact, their psyches are not equipped to handle the responsibilities that come with the power.

How are the cops in SLC?
