But you still didnt answer the more important question, which is: If your bid is hit (or offer taken) partially, then what happens to the balance of the order? Does it disappear from nasdaq level II screen? Does it vanish from Island system altogether ? Does it go to the BACK OF THE QUE? That is the important knowledge to have....it has been alleged that if I have a bid for 1000 shares and get hit for 100 my remaining 900 shares are no longer seen by the market and they are place at the back of the order line......IS THAT TRUE?
