Lumping all Muslim countries into one big group and believing if you want to invade one, it means you should automatically want to invade them all is nonsensical.

We have no strategic interest in Libya. And there is no reason to believe we're using our weapons as a way to move the country toward democratic principles. If Muslim countries want Gaddafi out, they have the means and ability to make it happen. Saudi Arabia can fly jets and drop bombs.

For all we know, Osama Ben Laden could be leading the opposition to Gaddafi and taking over the country a few months from now.

Would you consider that a successful operation?

The decision to drop bombs on Libya was made with as much deliberation as asking the question "can it support Obama getting re-elected". And that's it. We have no defined mission, not even a rough outline. What we have is the state department sending messages in conflict with the defense department.

There's obviously a total lack of leadership on this effort, beginning at the Commander in Chief's doorstep. The same Commander in Chief who ran on "Bush was a moron for going to war in Iraq, costing the nation billions and engendering hatred throughout the Middle East" platform.

Obamatrons are hypocrites of the highest order and if some on the confused "I voted for Obama and am desperately trying to find some reason to justify it" don't see it, that's their issue not this boards.
