Well Kinross has been slow to get their application in so I think we will see others first but the fact that they intend to spend that kind of money in Ecuador makes one think that they think they will be able to operate there. Watching the trading in Dynasty as well...possible bottom there...would not be the first time I've thought that though. <g>
