adesigar on the BRKA board summed up Cokes P/E nicley so I figured I would just copy it.

KO vs PEP,
Coke PE is 13 (lower because of 1 time gain), Cash + Investments = 18.5 Billion, Debt = 14 Billion
Pepsi PE is 16.5, Cash + investments = 8 Billion, Debt = 20 Billion

If you exclude KOs one time gain and factor in 4 Billion Cash and investments in excess of debt their PE is actually 18, For PEP if you add in 12 Billion Debt in excess of Investments their PE is also 18. So i dont see why PEP is a better value than KO.
