Wow some story on NSM. Sam do you think there is any chance of regulatory problems? Less than 5% chance? If not I am noodling if this is a worthwhile investment now at 24.27 after hours to buy for a 3% return in 3-9 months time-- has approval of both boards... is a monster premium so that's lock for any large shareholder to say heck YES to this deal. downside is if there are even whispers that this wont get past regulators that big premium is going to make that bid fall real hard , real fast. Is the risk/return proposition so solid here it's worth the 6 month 'locked rate' of 3%'? RO
