i own 2000 shares of cymi at 26
i doubt we will see this target by dec 25
i wrote 20 covered calls at 1.00 each for dec 25.
if the market tanks again, i can buy them back for who knows (.25 or .5)
if cymi doesn't hit 25, i keep my 2000 premium.
i believe in this company long term so am willing to wait.
beyond 26, i lose my profit, and someone makes out like a bandit.
is this a bad strategy to make some money short term, while still believing in your investment?
