In regards to your BOOK VALUE. WRONG! That is old book value. New numbers will change the current book value. Which means if it is at 1, then once the change occurs, then it will be at 2 or 3.
You just don't get it, do you. The P/E won't be any higher than 10. Ten(rounded off) will be the max. P/E at any one point.
If you consider the reduction in the EPS numbers, then the price will need to be at about $3. Look, I am not throwing out complicated Business Calculus formulas. Why is it so hard for you few people to understand. I don't care if you want to buy. Fine, go ahead; however, my suggestion is to wait until it falls to the $3 range.
