Croc, I believe its time the english language deal with the need for nongender pronouns besides 'it'. I, personally, find it quite a chore to structure my responses to adhere to the underlying feelings of the general readers of the thread, and maintain this 'non-gender' based discussion. Not from personal feeling, but because the language is really crippled when we try 3rd person non gender address.

It is the nature of the limited language that often leads to discussions of who is who when who said it of whom...and not the limited nature of the particular to which we speak.

Just of burst of frustration resulting from the continual need to rewrite and rephrase when a good little pronoun would, if not solve, properly obscure the issue.
