I mentioned it to a business associate several years ago [in regard to RoamAD wifi, rather than Nokia, but it applies generally]. He seemed bemused by the idea.

5 years eh? Well, we'll see. You obviously don't think mirasol will be a big deal. Nor that TJ's drooling lust after his DeVice will be replicated among the billions of people who are currently deprived.
