Richard / Abnormal Season

Yes, Richard, so far this winter has been abnormally warm. Instead of -25 to -30 more like -6 to -12. Freeze-up was late, about mid-October, instead of end of September.

I administer the social housing in our town (Cambridge Bay) and the warm weather in October / November (if it keeps up to end of month) should save us about 4-5% of our annual fuel budget.
